Tina Polley
Tina began her career with a large worker’s compensation defense firm in Louisville, Kentucky and has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal in both pre-suit and trial practice. She moved to Florida in 1991 and has worked at several of Tampa’s most prominent law firms including Fowler White Boggs Banker. Tina joined our firm in 2005. Tina’s career has been primarily focused in the areas of auto negligence, wrongful death and medical malpractice.
Cheryl Brady
Cheryl brings her significant experience in business operations and marketing to serve as our law firm’s administrator. During her career she has served as a Senior Account Executive for Marketing Associates, Inc., acting as the company’s key liaison for its Fortune 500 client base. Before joining the firm, Cheryl was the Vice President of Operations for Eliant, Inc., a company in the real estate industry. Cheryl helped Eliant grow from 12 to 80 employees and win the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award.
Keith Franzese
Keith’s background and talent gives him exceptional abilities as our firm’s claims manager. Keith began his career as an insurance adjuster quickly moving to a senior position. His experience there provides him important insights into how insurance companies operate and how they respond to claim demands. He then joined one of the Bay area’s largest personal injury law firms as a claims manager, where he was consistently recognized for the outstanding results he obtained for the firm’s clients.
Lisa Cedeno
Lisa provides administrative support for the entire office. Her duties include data entry and maintaining client file systems, without which our firm could not function efficiently and effectively. Lisa’s background includes working in operations for a convenience store operator and in establishing, maintaining and marketing her own business. Her attention to detail, organizational capabilities and work ethic have made Lisa an essential part of our team.
Travis Leap
Travis is the firm’s private investigator. His responsibilities include interviewing clients and witnesses, locating and securing evidence, surveillance and trial preparation. When liability is contested in an auto accident or trip and fall case, Travis’s abilities to quickly uncover key evidence and to locate and interview important witnesses for potential use at trial, is one of the keys to our firm’s outstanding results. Travis is a licensed private investigator and has owned and operated his own investigation company.
